Should you have a concern or question, please submit a Homeowners Request for Service and our dedicated Customer Service Representative will review you request and address it in a timely manner. (Warranty response times may be impacted by COVID-19 protocols.)

Every Evergreen Home comes with a 10 year limited warranty with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Evergreen Homes, LLC and/or the appropriate Contractor will schedule an appointment prior to any and all service visits. A responsible adult must be home and in attendance at the start of and throughout the entire service visit. All service visits will be scheduled by Evergreen Homes, LLC and/or the Contractor between the hours of 7am – 3pm, Monday - Friday (NO EXCEPTIONS).
